Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and infusing of cannabis-infused products, following standardized recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and properly stored.
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for production.
- Support the team in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of cannabis products.
- Collaborate with leads and other staff to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects prefered
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift 50lb+ items and stand for extended periods of time.
