Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

An established and growing commercial electrical contractor in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial electrical projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop competitive proposals.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Coordinate with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Track project costs, labor, scheduling, and profitability.
- Process change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Conduct job site visits as needed to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial electrical estimating, project management, or a combination of both.
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Design/Build projects.
- Knowledge of NEC and applicable local codes..
- Field experience as an electrician is a must
