Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively diagnose and repair equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Experience with logic controllers is a plus
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
