Capitol Construction is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Foreman to lead remodeling projects from start to finish. We’re looking for a motivated leader who is organized, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work while managing multiple projects and crews.
Requirements
- Organized and highly coordinated
- Strong construction common sense
- Experience in residential remodeling/construction
- Ability to oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously
- Independent decision-making skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication
- Effective employee leadership and communication
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and trades
- Willing and able to perform field work while handling management responsibilities
- Team-oriented attitude
- Professional, presentable appearance
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Personal hand tools
Pay
$30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
