Vice President of Engineering & R&D

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Engineering & R&D to partner with our CTO in leading global research and development initiatives and driving large-scale engineering programs across U.S. and international teams. This role requires a proven technical leader with deep expertise in software systems, cloud, and infrastructure, as well as exceptional program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CTO to manage and scale global R&D and engineering initiatives.
- Lead complex technical programs and ensure successful cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders from top technology companies (e.g., Apple, Meta, Netflix).
- Participate in architecture reviews and shape long-term technical strategy.
- Drive program delivery, resource planning, and engineering excellence across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership or program management.
- Strong background in software systems, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Proven track record managing global engineering teams and large-scale programs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with senior engineering and executive leadership.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
