Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and versatile Budtender / Flex Associate to join our
team in Maine. This dynamic role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced
environment and are eager to support both our Medical and Adult Use retail operations. The
ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, uphold compliance standards, and
assist across multiple departments—including packaging, product prep, and general operational
support—based on the needs of the business.
This is a hybrid retail and operations position ideal for team players who enjoy variety, flexibility,
and a hands-on role within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
● Greet and assist customers or patients while verifying identification and/or medical
credentials in full compliance with Maine cannabis regulations.
● Guide guests through the product selection process with professionalism, empathy, and
expertise.
● Process transactions accurately through the POS system, applying discounts and
managing both cash and debit payments.
● Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product menu, making confident recommendations
and upselling when appropriate.
● Fulfill online, phone, or in-store pickup orders accurately and efficiently.
● Provide a positive, educational, and compliant customer experience that aligns with
company standards and brand values.
Operational & Flex Support
● Float between Medical and Adult Use stores as business needs require.
● Assist with packaging, preroll production, labeling, inventory restocking, and
backroom organization.
● Support the operations team with quality control checks and preparation of finished
goods.
● Execute opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, signage
management, and readiness tasks.
● Audit digital menus and listings (e.g., Weedmaps, POS) for accuracy.
● Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace across all areas.
Compliance & Safety
● Adhere strictly to all Maine cannabis laws, company policies, and standard operating
procedures.
● Ensure all labeling, packaging, and sales practices meet regulatory and internal
compliance standards.
● Handle sensitive patient and customer data with professionalism and discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
