Substitute School Bus Driver
Duties:
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transit
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bus
- Communicate effectively with passengers and provide excellent customer service
- Handle passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to obtain a Class B CDL with a school bus endorsement
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
- Strong behavior management skills
- Physical and drug test required
- Ability to educate passengers on safety procedures and regulations
