Requirements

Property and Casualty License required.
Located within the Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana geographical area.
Be able to navigate and leverage the agency management system to access client information, process policies, and manage insurance-related tasks efficiently.
Candidate must be an ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
Assess incoming tasks, requests, and inquiries to determine their level of urgency and importance, effectively managing time and resources to meet client needs.
Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.

Responsibilities

Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
Actively listen to the client's objections and concerns. Address the client's concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
Utilize various computer systems to update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
