Blind Tiger, an exclusive speakeasy-style restaurant inside Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura, Florida, is looking for an experienced fine dining server to lead our front-of-house service and deliver a world-class guest experience.
You will be the main server in the room, working with a support server to ensure elegant service, warm hospitality, and knowledgeable guidance on our premium offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead table service during your shift, supported by an assistant server.

Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.

Serve dishes and beverages with precision and refined technique.

Recommend wines, sakes, and cocktails based on guest preferences.

Communicate the quality and sourcing of our ingredients — including imported Japanese fish and meats.

Maintain a polished and composed presence in a fine dining environment.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a fine dining server.

Strong knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktails (certifications a plus).
