Job Description

In this role you will have daily interaction with our existing and future customers as well as provide critical support to our overall operations.

Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable about the product(s)
- Familiarization with Soft-Biz and Part Smart to locate parts to solve the customers need(s)
- Answer technical questions about the products
- Coordinate orders for customers for inventory not is stock
- Collaborate with colleagues in any/all departments within the company
- Follow up with customers to minimize purchase orders
- Ringing up sales in a very detailed manner
- Cross train in other departments (i.e., sales, parts)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 2-year degree a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities
- Customer service
- Ability to coordinate orders and sales to customers
- Cohesion in a multi-department team environment
- Proficient with computers
- Strong listening skills
- Product knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
