A well-established Florida-based medical group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient primary care practice in Oviedo, Florida.
This practice focuses on caring for the senior/Medicare Advantage population through a value-based care model, giving providers the opportunity to focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and building lasting relationships with their patients.
Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient primary care
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Average 15 patients per day
- Senior/Medicare Advantage patient population
- Small patient panel focused on relationship-based care

- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients
- Manage chronic conditions and preventive healthcare needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Participate in a collaborative, value-based care model
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- 1+ year of value-based care experience preferred
- Primary care experience with adult or geriatric patients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
