About Us:
Singa's Famous Pizza is a popular pizza franchise from NY known for its fresh toppings, and awesome personal 10 inch pies! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and crafting mouthwatering pizzas that keep our customers coming back for more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dough Preparation: Prepare and maintain fresh pizza dough according to our established recipes and standards.
- Kitchen Preparation: Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and fully stocked with ingredients.
- Pizza Creation: Prepare pizzas with precision and speed, following customer orders and maintaining quality control.
- Ingredient Management: Properly store and rotate ingredients, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
- Oven Operation: Operate and monitor pizza ovens, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries.
- POS Operation: Accurately process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for pizza!
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
