Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations
- Upsell additional products and services by highlighting benefits tailored to customer lifestyles and preferences
- Manage merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store environment is inviting, organized, and well-maintained
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Support retail operations by assisting with inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring product availability for customers
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities
- Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math is essential for smooth transactions
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential
