Civil Project Manager / Estimator
A Lafayette excavating firm is looking for a Civil Project Manager - Estimator with 5+ years of experience to join their expanding team. Must have experience managing excavation, piping, dirt work projects, but can estimate them too.
Civil Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities:
- Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
- Information transfer to field crews
- Prepare realistic estimates from owner plans & specifications
- Procure major supply items - storm structures, pipe, sanitary and water, traffic control, excavating, sitework
- Monitor & report job productivity
- Project closeout
- Maintain good client / subcontractor relationships
Civil Project Manager / Estimator Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred
- Reliable transportation
- 5+ years of project manager experience w/ 3 years of estimating experience
- Proven experience in civil project management and estimating
- Good communication skills
- Positive and productive work attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
