As a Wireless Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of wireless products and services. This position pays hourly, commission and bonus. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right wireless products and services
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different wireless devices
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of various devices
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory levels
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising to ensure a visually appealing store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- Basic understanding of retail math for processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of technology products and trends, particularly in wireless devices
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively to showcase features and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean store environment
