Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their durability, and ensure a polished, professional appearance. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools
- Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, stucco application, and drywall finishing to create smooth surfaces for painting
- Operate construction equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, masonry tools, and power tools including drills and sanders
- Experience with plastering, stucco application, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, welding and concrete finishing is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope and material needs
- Familiarity with renovation processes including remodeling and restoration work on various construction sites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
