We are looking for the right candidate to oversee the print assembly station of our Photo Lab! Your daily work will include but not limited to: (1) overseeing the assembly of photo books, calendars and journals, (2) prioritizing print orders to meet daily deadlines, (3) assisting with printing, packaging + shipping photo orders, and (4) contributing to a team that takes pride in doing excellent work.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Manage the assembly of complex print products, ensure team meets daily processing deadlines
- Primary trainer for new hires assigned to your workstation, conduct skills assessments
- Conduct quality inspections, package + ship orders
- Assist with printing photos on our darkroom machines
- Foster a mentality of teamwork & positivity
- Conduct weekly inventory and order assembly supplies
- Perform closing duties, prepare the Lab for the day
Customer service-oriented attitude is a must. You will be assembling + printing photo print orders. We will have opportunities for growth that are tailored to your skills and our business' needs.
- Part Time: 35 hours/week; ideal candidates would be able to have a "flex" schedule, and work at least 40 hours/week once a month for sales.
- Shifts: Work five shifts a week, Monday-Friday from 11:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Two weeks a month, must be able to work four weekday shifts and a Saturday shift from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Closed Sun & Holidays
- Holiday Season: From Black Friday - third Saturday of December, employee will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours/week.
- Pay Rate: $15/hr. New hires are anticipated to progress through various training certifications, reaching pay rate of at least $16.10/hr after 1 year.

Required Qualifications
- Training Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- An eye for nuances in color
- Interest in learning how to assemble print products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, desire to inspire and motivate
- High school degree or equivalent

- Knowledge of basic photography or graphic design

- Familiar with Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, and/or ShipStation softwares
