About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside infrared saunas. We’re growing quickly and looking for an energetic, outgoing, relationship-driven professional who loves networking, planning events, and helping grow a local business.

You’ll spend time in the community building relationships, hosting events, creating social media content, meeting with local businesses, and introducing new people to HOTWORX. Location
This position is based primarily at our HOTWORX Steele Creek studio but will also support community partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives for our HOTWORX On The Plaza location.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for driving new memberships by creating community awareness and generating qualified leads. As well as working in Studio with team members across both studios.
Community Partnerships
- Build relationships with apartment communities, HOAs, local businesses, employers, medical offices, and community organizations.
- Secure exclusive resident partnerships and employee wellness programs.
- Schedule appreciation events
- Develop long-term referral partnerships that consistently generate new members.
Events & Community Outreach
- Plan and execute in-studio events.
- Coordinate vendors, giveaways, prizes, and event logistics.
- Represent HOTWORX at any event
- Set up and manage promotional booths and pop-up events.
- Collect leads and schedule complimentary first workouts.
Marketing & Social Media
- Create engaging social media content including Reels, stories, photos, and posts.
- Capture member success stories and testimonials.
- Promote upcoming events and studio specials.
- Help grow local brand awareness through consistent community engagement.
- Cross promote partnering businesses with social media collaborations
Sales & Membership Growth
- Conduct studio tours and consultations.
- Convert prospects into members.
- Follow up with leads generated through events, partnerships, and marketing.
- Work closely with the General Manager and ownership team to achieve monthly membership goals.
- Cover the studio during scheduled shifts as needed while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Experience in fitness, sales, marketing, event planning, hospitality, real estate, apartment leasing, or business development is a plus—but personality and drive matter more than experience.
