Duties

- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and equipment are properly cleaned and prepared.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service hours.
- Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management for dishware and cleaning materials.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as bussing tables or food handling is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads safely.
