Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Power House instructor, who will be responsible for providing engaging training experiences for players and parents, and thrives in a fast-paced people-filled setting. Our goal at The Power House is to provide a quality training & teaching environment to enhance the softball and baseball experience for players of all skill levels. We have a variety of product offerings including private lessons, cage rentals, camps, clinics, and HitTrax technology.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
- Create engaging training experiences to retain and grow client base
- Build and maintain long term relationships with players, parents and coaches
- Develop instructional evaluation processes and tailor training plans to meet the needs of new and existing clients
- Uphold our commitment to maintain a clean and clutter-free, friendly, well-maintained and visually appealing environment
- Uphold our core values of excellence, integrity, innovation and community
- Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Collegiate playing experience & passion for softball or baseball
- Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients & staff
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
