What You'll Do
You'll manage the entire customer buying experience from first contact through delivery.
Sales
- Welcome showroom customers
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Recommend vehicles and accessories
- Explain financing options
- Complete paperwork
- Coordinate deliveries
- Ask for referrals and reviews
Lead Management
- Respond quickly to company-provided leads
- Call, text, and email prospects
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain detailed CRM notes
- Manage your sales pipeline
Business Development
- Generate your own opportunities through:
- Facebook Marketplace
- OfferUp
- Craigslist
- Local Facebook groups
- Community networking
- Business partnerships
- Customer referrals
Merchandising
- Take quality photos and videos
- Create attractive online listings
- Keep inventory clean and showroom-ready
Increase Customer Value
Educate customers on products that enhance ownership, including:
- Extended warranties
- Service plans
- Lithium battery upgrades
- Wheels & tires
- Lift kits
- Audio systems

QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license

Preferred
- Automotive, powersports, RV, marine, motorcycle, or golf cart sales experience
- Financing and warranty sales experience
- Marketplace listing experience
- Basic photography skills
Compensation
- Guaranteed weekly base pay
