For locals (within 50 Miles):
W2 Local: $18/hr – Weekly payrate: $648
1099 Local: $22/hr – Weekly payrate: $792
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 20
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $ 720
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 10
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $ 360
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $ 360
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $22.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $792
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting the nursing team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and other patient information.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and activities.
- Assist with meal setup, hydration, and maintaining a clean, safe patient environment.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and call lights.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
· Current AHA BLS Certification.
· Minimum 1–2 years of recent CNA experience (facility-specific requirements may vary).
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
· Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
· Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely in accordance with facility guidelines.
