Property Maintenance Technician
Starting Pay: $20/hour + Fuel Allowance
We are looking for a dependable, skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our company provides property maintenance and repair services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and getting the job done right.
Responsibilities
- Complete service calls and maintenance repairs at residential properties
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot issues and determine the appropriate repair
- Work on a variety of projects, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and other general repairs
- Communicate professionally with property managers, realtors, tenants, and our office
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Take photos and provide updates on completed work when required
Requirements
- Previous property maintenance or residential repair experience required
- Must have a reliable truck
- Must have your own tools
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional and respectful communication
- Able to manage multiple service calls and prioritize jobs
- Must be comfortable working in occupied and vacant residential properties
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
