Position Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Specialist who takes pride in their work and approaches each space with care, precision, and respect.
This is a client-facing role within luxury residences and boutique commercial environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and naturally detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a composed, professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Maintain consistency and quality across recurring service visits
- Follow Maison Indigo service standards and checklists
- Care for delicate surfaces and high-end finishes appropriately
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members when needed
- Identify areas requiring additional attention and address them proactively
Additional Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in high-end homes and boutique commercial spaces
- Strong work ethic and positive, composed demeanor
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly pay (starting at $18 per hour)
- Performance-based bonuses available (earn up to $25 per hour with bonuses)

Work Environment

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
