Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship, active listening, and emotional support to enhance our client's quality of life.
- Create a safe and comfortable living space, keeping rooms tidy and organized.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and exercises that promote mental and physical well-being.
Requirements:
- A heartwarming passion for caregiving and a genuine love for the elderly.
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is an advantage, but we welcome those with a strong desire to learn and grow in this role and are willing to train with no experience.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong connections with our residents and their families.
