BDC Representative Qualifications:
- Sales experience = setting Test Drive appointments & product knowledge
- Service experience = setting appointments & service knowledge
- Languages spoken = English and Spanish
- Call Center Experience = high volume incoming & outgoing calls
- Team player & organized
BDC Representative Responsibilities
- Take incoming sales and service calls = set appointments for Test Drives and Service
- Make outgoing sales and service calls = retention, call lists, appt. confirmation
- Fully explain products and services to prospects
- Call, email, correspond, follow up with new and retention customers
