Residential & Office Cleaning Staff
We are a professional cleaning company serving the South Bay area for over 10 years, and we are looking for a reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.
We provide residential house cleaning and office cleaning. We are looking for someone who is responsible, works efficiently, communicates well, and can consistently arrive at each job on time and ready to work.
Schedule
- Most residential cleaning jobs are scheduled between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM
- Some evening office cleaning is also available
- Schedule and hours may vary depending on the day
- Some days may include multiple cleaning locations
Pay & Tips
- Training pay: $17/hour
- Pay after training will be discussed based on experience and performance
- Travel time between job locations is paid
- Mileage between job locations is reimbursed
- Customers may leave tips, and cleaners sometimes receive approximately $20–$40 in tips per job
- Tips vary by customer and are not guaranteed
Responsibilities
- Residential house cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate promptly regarding schedules or unexpected delays
- Work independently after completing training
Requirements
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Reliable smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to drive throughout the South Bay area
- Ability to travel between multiple customer locations
- Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including bending, reaching, vacuuming, mopping, and standing for extended periods
- Good attention to detail
- Professional and respectful when working inside customers' homes and offices
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. You will need to use your own vehicle to travel to and between job locations.
Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
