We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Roving Bay / Inventory Technician to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory movement, material handling, and general production support while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, able to follow strict PPE requirements, and comfortable working a revolving schedule that may include weekends and 12-hour shifts.
Duties
- Assist with inventory control, material movement, and organization throughout the facility.
- Move, stage, and distribute raw materials, supplies, or finished products as needed.
- Perform regular lifting of 35–50 lbs safely and consistently throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas in compliance with company safety standards.
- Follow strict PPE policies at all times, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Operate basic tools or equipment as instructed and in accordance with safety procedures.
- Support production and warehouse teams by ensuring materials are available and properly placed.
- Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all attendance policies and company procedures.
- Work a revolving schedule, including some weekends and 12-hour shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.
- Must be able to regularly lift 35–50 lbs.
- Must have steel toe boots.
- Must sign off on and comply with the company attendance policy.
- Must follow strict PPE and safety requirements at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends when required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks during 12-hour shifts.
Schedule Requirements
This position requires a revolving schedule with some weekends. Candidates must be available to work 12-hour shifts.

Strict PPE compliance is required. Candidates must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment for themselves and their team.
