Cook Job Details :
The Crazy Horse Cook’s overall function is assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with their daily tasks: food preparing, cooking and setting up supply stations - all key components of the Kitchen’s success ensuring Guest satisfaction at Crazy Horse Steak House & Saloon!
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Proven cooking experience including positions of line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
· Two or more years restaurant experience
· Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
· Familiar with industry’s best practices
· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
· Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day
· Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
· Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
· Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
