Instructional Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician
A new state approved private special needs school for children on the spectrum is opening up in Chantilly, Virginia. We are looking to hire motivated instructional assistants/paraeducators or paraprofessionals we will train OR those who are already registered Behavior Technicians with experience handling a variety of special needs students. We are a rapidly growing full day special ed school enterprise with thriving programs in New York, Connecticut and Washington. Our ideal Behavior Technician candidates should have some experience implementing academic, ADL, and vocational programming for special needs students. Paraeducators will be trained by us and need no experience. The higher range of salary is reserved for those who already have their RBT certification and experience implementing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA. We will train the rest if you are interested and willing to learn!

Responsibilities include:
- Implementing appropriate lessons with differentiation
- Assisting to maintain a structured classroom environment and daily routine
- Providing positive leadership for staff and students
- Collaborating with related service providers
- Implementing behavior analytic procedures developed by a behavior analyst
