We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. If you are organized, love talking to people, and want to learn the ins and outs of a high-performing sales operation from the ground up, this is the perfect launchpad.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales pipeline, working closely with senior account team members to ensure no lead falls through the cracks and every client experience is seamless.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update client profiles, interaction notes, and deal stages in the CRM.
- Customer Touchpoints: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding them smoothly to the right team member.
- Sales Enablement: Prepare tailored product information, quotes, proposals, and presentations for upcoming client meetings.
- Calendar Coordination: Schedule discovery calls, follow-ups, and product demonstrations for the account management team.
- Market Research: Help identify potential new clients and build out targeted outreach lists.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or administrative support. Entry-level candidates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic office software (Google Workspace/MS Office). Experience with a CRM system is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you know how to craft a message that is both professional and warm.
- Organization: A knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You naturally catch the details others miss.
