Golf Course Grounds Assistant – Zionsville National
Zionsville National is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Course Grounds Assistant. This role focuses on maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the golf course to ensure our guests have the best possible experience each time they visit.
The Golf Course Grounds Assistant plays an important role in the daily upkeep of the course by taking care of the small details that make a big difference. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining a beautiful golf environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean and well-presented tee boxes throughout the course
- Fill divots and assist with daily course upkeep
- Repair ball marks on greens
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
- Help keep player areas and high-traffic areas looking their best
- Assist with general grounds appearance projects as needed
- Support the team in creating an enjoyable experience for members and guests
Qualifications:
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Previous golf course, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required
- Availability during weekday daytime hours is preferred; however, after-school hours and weekend availability will also be considered
