What You’ll Be Doing
As a Physical Therapist with Blue Sea, you may:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ physical, developmental, and functional needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with educational and developmental goals
- Provide therapy services in school, home, and community-based settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and NYS requirements
Qualifications
- Active New York State Physical Therapist License required
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a collaborative team
- Reliable transportation for travel to assigned cases
