About the Role
We are seeking professional, reliable, and energetic *Bartenders* and *Banquet Servers* to join our premier event team in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities
Bartenders :
- Craft, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event standards and guest preferences.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout events.
- Verify guest IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state regulations.
- Provide welcoming, attentive service to guests and manage drink orders efficiently under fast-paced conditions.
Banquet Servers :
- Assist with event venue setup, including arranging tables, chairs, place settings, and decor.
- Serve plated meals, execute synchronized food delivery, or manage buffet stations during events.
- Refill water glasses, clear plates, and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Perform post-event teardown, clearing linens, glassware, and restoring venue spaces.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Experience : Previous bartending, banquet server, or high-volume food service experience preferred (will train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic).
Age Requirements: Must be 18+ for Banquet Servers and 21+ for Bartenders (where required by liquor laws).
Skills: Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a professional, positive attitude.
Appearance : Must adhere to strict grooming standards and professional black-and-white event attire policies.
Physical Requirements : Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours) and lift up to 30–50 lbs when carrying trays or setting up equipment.
Reliability : Must have reliable transportation to event locations across the Bridgewater area.
