Position Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Duration: 03 Months with possibility of extension
Location: Twinsburg, OH 44087
Shift hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Mon -Fri w/OT 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, Mon -Fri w/OT
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform electrical and mechanical assembly of engineered-to-order (ETO) control panels and cabinet systems. The ideal candidate will be
experienced in reading electrical schematics, assembling electrical components, wiring control panels, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and work orders.
- Assemble electrical control panels, cabinets, and mechanical components.
- Perform low-voltage, power, and signal wiring, including wire preparation, termination, and labeling.
- Install electrical components and complete cabinet modifications as required.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate project status with team leads.
- Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing standards while meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of electrical panel or control cabinet assembly experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience using hand and power tools for electrical assembly.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an engineered-to-order (ETO) or custom manufacturing environment preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical education is a plus.
Additional Information
- Onsite manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
