What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist
As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at MOSS, you will:
- Evaluate patients using MOSS Rehabilitation Center’s structured seven-step examination process
- Develop individualized plans of care based on diagnosis, presentation, functional goals, and patient needs
- Prescribe treatment using the MAGICAL 5 Phases of Healing
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and progressive therapeutic exercise
- Progress treatment based on patient response and functional outcomes
- Educate patients about their condition, recovery, and long-term health
- Complete timely plans of care and documentation in the electronic medical record
- Document functional outcomes required by insurance payers
- Supervise implementation of each patient’s plan of care
- Coordinate treatment with Physical Therapy technicians and support staff
- Participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborative case discussions
- Track established clinical and operational performance indicators
- Participate in marketing strategies that support the health of the practice
- Attend community events and help increase awareness of the clinic
- Bring solutions and ideas that improve patient care and clinic operations
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented environment
- Go above and beyond to ensure each patient feels cared for and supported

This position is located only in Springtown, Texas, approximately 10 miles from Azle.
The clinic is also approximately 20 to 30 minutes from parts of the Fort Worth area, and the commute typically runs opposite the heaviest traffic at the beginning and end of the workday.
