What You’ll Do:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you are the backbone of our mission. You will provide essential support to clients within their homes, focusing on:
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, personal hygiene, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
- Nutrition & Meals: Planning nutritious meals, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and providing assistance with eating.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment through laundry, trash removal, dishwashing, cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, floor care (vacuuming/mopping), dusting, and changing linens.
- Transportation & Errands: Assisting with essential shopping, picking up prescriptions, and completing necessary errands.
Requirements
- Compassion: A genuine desire to advocate for the elderly and disabled community.
- Reliability: Our clients depend on you for their daily health and safety.
- Communication: Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and the Golden Care Alliance team.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes and perform errands.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass all Missouri-required background screenings for healthcare workers.
