About Us:
Our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Champaign, IL area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our leadership team. We are committed to providing high-quality care for our residents while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure excellent resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff to build a positive workplace culture.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and develop strategies for continued growth.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
- Stay current with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting skilled nursing facilities.
- Champion initiatives that improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Illinois LNHA license (required).
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
- Proven track record of building teams and managing operations successfully.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
