Duties
- Engage with prospective clients at their home to identify their HVAC-related needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and project timelines.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical insights and analysis to assist in closing deals.
- Manage multiple sales pipelines efficiently using CRM tools, tracking progress from initial contact to contract signing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical in-home sales or product demonstrations within the HVAC or related industry.
- Ability to close deals on the spot, helping potential customers invest in their home performance long-term.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos that clearly communicate technical advantages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
