Job Description
We're hiring an in-home sales closer for our roof rejuvenation business. This is a pure closing role — we book the appointments, you show up and close the deal. No prospecting, no cold calling, no self-generated leads.
If you have experience in home services, roofing, solar, remodeling, or any high-ticket in-home sales and want a role where the calendar is already full, this is for you.
What you'll do:
- Run pre-scheduled homeowner appointments (in-home or virtual)
- Present our roof rejuvenation solution using our proven sales process
- Handle objections, pricing, and paperwork to close on the spot
- Log every appointment outcome in our CRM
- Follow up on appointments that don't close same-visit
What we're looking for:
- Prior in-home or high-ticket sales experience (home services, solar, roofing, or remodeling backgrounds preferred)
- Comfortable following a structured, proven sales process
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Resilient, coachable, and hungry to close
