Amici Restaurant is seeking a full-time, experienced server to join our team. We are looking for a professional, dependable, and energetic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant (required)
- Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments accurately
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Uphold Amici Restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism
