Join our dynamic team as an HVAC & Appliance Install & Repair Technician, where your expertise will drive exceptional service and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, appliances, and related equipment. Your technical skills and customer-focused approach will ensure efficient operations and reliable solutions for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced tools and technologies in a fast-paced, field service environment.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, appliances, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic to diagnose issues accurately.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely to assemble components, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Conduct equipment inspections, identify mechanical or electrical faults, and execute repairs to restore optimal operation.
- Manage delivery of equipment using a box truck or similar vehicle; ensure proper handling during transportation and installation.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and calibrating thermostats.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, appliance repair, refrigeration, or related field service roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and use ladder logic for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair—including washers, dryers, ovens—and HVAC installation and repair.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, MRO (maintenance, repair & operations), and assembly of mechanical components.
- Delivery driver experience preferred; comfortable operating box trucks or similar vehicles safely in various environments.
- Skilled in using power tools and hand tools for equipment assembly and repair tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
