Imagine this. A patient walks in who hasn't slept through the night in two years because of back pain. They've seen four doctors. They've been told to "just live with it." Twelve weeks later, they're hiking again, and you were the person beside them every step of the way.
That's the job. Not paperwork. Not punching a clock. Being part of the moment someone gets their life back.
Who we are
We're a family-owned practice in Brookfield on a mission to build one of the healthiest communities in the Greater Milwaukee area. Our patients are active adults who've tried everything else and are done with medications and quick fixes. We give them real, natural solutions, and real results.
Is this you?
This role fits a very specific kind of person. You probably:
- Light up when someone else succeeds. Patient wins feel like your wins.
- Take initiative without being told twice (we don't micromanage, and you wouldn't want us to).
- Bring calm, steady energy to people who are scared and in pain.
- Keep drama out of the workplace and lift the team up.
- Sweat the details, because in healthcare they matter.
If you need constant direction, or you're looking for "just a job," this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
What you'll do
- Operate PiezoWave and shockwave therapy equipment (we train you fully).
- Set up and monitor patients on spinal decompression following doctor-prescribed protocols.
- Coach patients one-on-one through therapeutic exercises and education.
- Chart treatment notes and keep accurate records.
- Support our doctors with treatment prep and equipment.
- Keep the rehab area running smoothly.
- Be the encouraging voice that helps someone believe healing is possible.
What you bring
- A genuine heart for helping people heal (non-negotiable).
- Healthcare or rehab experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
- The ability to follow protocols independently once trained.
- Strong communication and a warm, professional bedside manner.
- The physical ability to assist patients and stay on your feet throughout the day (lifting up to 25 to 30 lbs).
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch)
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- No weekends, ever.

- Simple IRA with 3% match
