Full-time and part-time positions available
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Ensure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable visit
- Prepare coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Serve ice cream, including cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and other specialty menu items
- Assist customers with product selections and answer questions about our offerings
- Support the bakery department by wrapping and packaging baked goods
- Receive deliveries and maintain well-stocked displays featuring fresh dairy products and locally sourced items
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for high-quality, locally sourced products and providing excellent customer service
- Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to lift and carry products and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
