GRAVEYARD Shift located Hamilton MT! Angels and Guard Home Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse’s Aides and Certified Nurse’s Aides (CNAs) to become a vital part of our care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse home and hospice settings, supporting individuals with geriatric needs and chronic health conditions.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide bath aide services, companion care, and standby assistance.
- Safely assist with transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
- Take and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Support individualized patient care plans by monitoring conditions and promptly reporting changes to nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate, specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support.
- Maintain aseptic technique during catheter care, wound care, and other procedures to prevent infection.
- Assist with medication assistance and medication management as directed and within scope of practice.
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current Nurse’s Aide or Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification (required).
- Experience with hospice care, geriatric patients, or home healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of safe transfer techniques and use of assistive equipment.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in home settings while collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes as required.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health patients, and individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to perform vital sign assessments and basic patient service tasks reliably.

Pay: $19.75 - $21.00 per hour
