Onto Nashville is expanding our Nashville team and is seeking an Outreach & Events Representative to support our nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
This role is centered around face-to-face communication. You'll work at community locations and outreach events, engaging with members of the public, introducing the nonprofit organizations we represent, and helping turn conversations into meaningful support.
We're looking for people who are personable, motivated, and ready to develop their professional skills in a team-focused environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with members of the public at events and community outreach locations
- Introduce nonprofit campaigns and explain their mission and impact
- Answer questions and provide clear information to potential supporters
- Assist with donor acquisition and fundraising efforts
- Help create a welcoming and professional experience at campaign locations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
- Learn additional campaign and leadership responsibilities as you progress
