This role is built for transitioning commissioned officers, and Hampton Roads is full of them.
Navy first. Surface Warfare officers, Submarine officers, and Naval Aviators and Flight Officers out of Oceana. Special Warfare and Special Operations/EOD. Special Boat Units and Naval Beach Group Two out of Little Creek. Intelligence and Information Warfare officers.
Army land-based officers and helicopter pilots out of Fort Eustis. Air Force pilots and officers out of Langley. Marine and Coast Guard officers across the region. Anyone who knows what it’s like to go down range.
Warrant officers of every branch. And the senior enlisted, chiefs, first sergeants, and sergeants major, who led from the deckplates.
