Salary: $45,000–$55,000/year
THE OPPORTUNITY
Induction Hardware builds high-performance, beautifully designed induction appliances, and we're hiring someone to be the human behind the brand experience. This is a front-line role at a fast-growing company: you're the first voice customers hear, the one who solves problems before they escalate, and the person who makes sure every interaction leaves someone feeling taken care of. The first 90–120 days are structured learning. After that, your initiative is the limit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Customer communication — own every inbound touchpoint across email, phone, chat, and social with a warm, capable voice
- Order and shipping coordination — track fulfillment, get ahead of issues, and keep customers informed at every step
- Problem solving — handle returns, replacements, and escalations with good judgment and ownership
- CX documentation — help build and maintain the processes, scripts, and resources that keep the team consistent
- Feedback loops — surface patterns in what customers are saying and bring insights to the team
- Social responsiveness — monitor DMs and comments, respond to customer questions, and flag anything that needs attention

- Communicate in a way that feels human, not scripted

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $45,000–$55,000 base salary
