Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Assistant / Receptionist to support a wide range of business activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage shifting priorities, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across administrative, operational and other related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administration and operational support
- Assist with accounting and finance tasks (10–15%), including basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Support inventory management processes (5–10%), including tracking stock levels and coordinating updates
- Assist with material sourcing and purchase order processing (5–10%)
- Coordinate shipments and logistics (2–5%), including scheduling and tracking deliveries
- Support inside sales efforts (10–15%), including customer communication, order processing, and follow-ups
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed (30–40%)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or similar support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience with business software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
