Description:
As a Budtender at Botera Union LLC., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing journey, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Your extensive cannabis product knowledge and passion for the industry will help build a loyal customer base. You will also assist with inventory management, cashier duties, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with the selection of cannabis products.
- Utilize a mobile POS tablet to prepare customer orders.
- Maintain and organize product displays and ensure cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system.
- Check and confirm the ID of customers to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build consumer relationships.
- Stay up to date with product information and business promotions.
- Assist with inventory management and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with CRC(NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission) & report any violations.
- Assist with opening/closing of the store and other tasks as assigned.
- Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system.
- Assist customers with the purchase of products.
- Responsible cash handling experience.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of retail sales, cashier, & inventory experience.
- Proven track record of strong attendance and reliability.
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and passion for the industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Must pass all required background checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
